  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders

We do not store or have access to your card, UPI, or banking details.

Payment Gateway

All transactions on Asttik are securely processed via Razorpay, ensuring a safe and reliable payment experience.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS

  • If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us for assistance

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible orders

  • Asttik reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain orders or locations

Failed Transactions

In case of a failed payment:

  • If your account has been debited, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days

  • For any delays, please contact your bank or reach out to us
